The challenge
As I grew within the company, I naturally stepped into a product management role. During this time, my main focus was to further develop one of our Cleaning solution aimed at supporting the digitisation of cleaning tasks. The biggest challenge was defining the steps to incorporate new domain logic regarding cleaning work schedules while making effective use of existing legacy features.

The process
Research played a key role in shaping the vision and strategy of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user needs. Once the direction for the cleaning work schedules solution was defined, we created a first prototype to further validate our assumptions, integrate feedback and further iterate.
Leveraging my background with the product and the cleaning domain I identified multiple strategic opportunities to further incorporate into the product roadmap. My previous role in UX allowed me to advocate for the end-user at every stage of product development, ensuring our solutions were not only functional but also a delight to use.
Previous efforts in setting up a design system enabled us to develop this solution without a dedicated designer. Beyond satisfied customers and users, the cleaning work schedule solution also earned Leviy a spot as a finalist at the 2024 European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards.
