The challenge
One of the strategic goals was to increase coffee sales by acquiring more B2B customers. To support this, we set out to strengthen our marketing focus for the B2B market.

The process
To strengthen the B2B focus, we first defined which markets and customer segments to prioritise. From there, I created new website pages and redesigned existing ones, tailoring the content and structure specifically to B2B audiences.
To support this shift, I organised multiple photoshoots and one videoshoot to produce exclusive, brand-aligned content featuring corporate JURA coffee machines. I also set up a LinkedIn page and experimented with different types of content to test what resonated with B2B prospects.
In addition to digital channels, I designed a range of offline marketing materials, including half-page ads for a local magazine, advertisements for local events, and digital billboard ads.
My role
- Organised fotoshoots and a videoshoot for B2B content
- Designed and produced content for Meta ad campaigns
- Created new webpages and redesigned existing ones to support both B2C and B2B audiences
- Wrote copy and created visual content for the website, social media channels and offline marketing
- Additional: Implemented operational process improvements
