The challenge
In its early years, Leviy lacked a dedicated designer to advocate for an optimal user experience. While the platform successfully delivered valuable solutions, there was room for improvement in ensuring these solutions were built in the most effective and user-friendly way. This required not only enhancing the usability of existing features but also fostering a UX-centric mindset across the company to drive long-term success.

The process
During my 7.5 years at Leviy, I contributed to 30+ projects, ensuring the application effectively addressed real user problems. To achieve a comprehensive understanding of our user base, I conducted human-centered research to gain insight into the domains Leviy operated in and its users. I translated my observations into actionable
insights, which inspired new ideas and innovations within my team. My responsibilities included user research, high-fidelity UI design, crafting intuitive interface copy, and collaborating with engineers to establish a Design System. I built a research repository from scratch, centralising data from all channels into one accessible location. Besides that I supported the Product Manager with project management.
